How to Exhibit
If you would like to exhibit in the Kelmscott Annual Show, you will need to pick up the Show Schedule from the various drop of points around the district (see Schedule Pick Up points for details) or download a copy from the downloads page. If you are out of the district and can not pick up a schedule, please call or email us with your postal address and we will mail you out a copy.
Once you have determined which classes you would like to exhibit in, you will need to fill out the entry form and send it back to the Society by the closing date along with your entry fees. You will then receive your exhibitor tickets which you will need to bring with your exhibits to the show. Note that the delivery of the exhibits to the show have different closing dates and you will need to find these in the schedule.
